How does it work?

- Select the collect in store option during checkout.


- Choose the most convenient point of sale for you (if the product is already available in the store you can collect it in just 2 hours, otherwise in 24 hours).


- Complete the payment on our site easily and securely.


- Receive a text notification when your order is ready for collection.


- Come to the store and collect your items without waiting! You will need to show the order confirmation received via email at the time of purchase (even from your smartphone) and a valid identity document. If you delegate someone, you will have to give them the order confirmation and a copy of your identity card. You will have 14 days to collect the goods. In case of failure to collect within the established time, we will credit the amount back to the person who made the payment.
