What is your return policy?

Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail or in-store with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned in-store or online. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

FINAL SALE
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.
• Engraved Items
• Last Chance Items
• Sale/Clearance Items


Returns by Mail:

Complete the Return Form above indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s).

  • Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form. Attach the included prepaid UPS shipping label on the outside of the package. If you cannot locate the return form or prepaid label, please contact the ROMA GEMS Customer Care Center   for further assistance.
  • Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
  • Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business  days from  ROMA GEMS email to you confirming receipt and validation but our aim is to process refunds within 5 days upon receiving your items at our warehouse
  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.


In-Store Returns
• Find your nearest Pandora store at  ROMAGEMS.COM
•Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to  ROME GEMAS store.
•Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.  Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.


Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges by mail. If you require an exchange, please return the items by mail or in-store and purchase your desired item(s).
  • You may exchange your item(s) at  ROMA GEMS branded stores for an item of equal or greater value provided it is available. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.
